CORNED BEEF TASTING
Saturday, March 10
12:00pm - 3:00pm
We make corned beef the old fashioned way!
We start with brisket from Boyden Farm or Cedar Acres here in Vermont.
Then we make our own brine with spices and only kosher salt:
no salt peter or other added nitrates!
We leave it in the wet brine for a minimum of 10 days
at which point it is ready to cook into delicious corned beef!
PLEASE NOTE: Do to the absence of salt peter or other nitrates, the color
of our corned beef IS NOT PINK. It is a lovely shade of brown-gray. That is how you know it is all natural!
Come taste it for yourself!
