At Sweet Clover Market, every decision is made by asking the question, "How will this impact our customers?"

We are committed to incorporating the voices of the customers we serve through a formal Customer Advisory Committee which reports to the Board of Directors. The Customer Advisory Committee will meet at least once each quarter to obtain feedback, input, ideas about product selection, policies, pricing and other matters. Members of the Customer Advisory Committee will receive discounts on purchases at Sweet Clover Market in exchange for their time and get sneak previews on new products! We are not a co-op, although we have a lot of respect for the cooperative organizational model and its significant impact on the natural and organic foods industry throughout the years. Sweet Clover Market is a limited liability corporation with four members, two of whom are on the board of directors and are managing the business: Ellen Fox and Heather Belcher. We believe this slim governance structure will enable us to be most responsive to our customers by reacting immediately to changes in the market and general business climate.
